Rachel Abrams

Owner, Designer, and Lead Planner

With 18 years of experience in the event industry, and producing some of the most elaborate affairs, Rachel brings along with her a wealth of knowledge and passion to every project. Born and raised in New York, spending several months a year in Southern California, working over ten years in the Caribbean, and now based out of South Florida, Rachel knows how to navigate her clients through any type of destination with ease. Prior to turning her passion for planning into a career, Rachel spent many years curating and creating events for some of the world’s most luxurious five-star hotels and resorts. The wide range of knowledge in both social and corporate affairs makes her the perfect person to guide clients through the sometimes challenging steps of the planning process, all while making the experience seamless and stress-free. Rachel has an incredible eye for detail and design, and loves to channel her inner artist into producing innovative and creative events. Rachel has a wanderlust for travel and loves to get off the beaten path and explore some of the world’s most exotic locations and immerse herself in the local culture. Rachel shares an office with her three fur-children and enjoys cooking, reading, live music, painting, and pretty much being anywhere in nature. 

Nichole Vaello

Planner

Nichole brings with her over 15 years of experience in the world of event production. With a degree in Sports and Event Management from Johnson and Wales University, Nichole has worked in many different capacities, starting the first five years of her career with the Miami Heat and brushing elbows with celebrities and A-Listers while handling marketing and events. Most notably, Nichole was a proud member of the operations team that managed the “behind the scenes” at hundreds of shows and concerts.  Later, Nichole moved on to manage events for many years at several luxury hotels and resorts, including Forbes 5 Star properties. When Nichole isn’t working, you can find her at the beach, in the kitchen cooking up something delicious, or spending time with her 6 year old son, Jorge, and their Siberian Husky, Zoie.

Willis McCutcheon

Travel Logistics and Destination Manager

Willis is a unique member of the Rachel Leigh Events team in that he brings a much needed element of luxury travel to your overall experience. Willis is a seasoned travel advisor with a background in Luxury Hotel Operations and Guest Experiences for the top hotels in the world, and is here to assist with finding you and your guests the best options available for your accommodations and total  experiential destination needs. Willis will negotiate special group rates with hotels, to ensure you and your guests are receiving the best concessions- and will take the lead to make this an easy and stress-free experience. While the room block component is included in every full planning concierge experience with Rachel Leigh Events & Destinations, additional services such as managing room blocks and reservations, arranging flights and transportation for your guests, and even planning the most amazing honeymoon you ever dreamed of with tons of perks, are just a few of the other services we can offer. There is no limit to the curated concierge travel services that can be made available to you- all you need to do is ask! Besides traveling the world and scouting out the most amazing hotels and resorts, Willis loves outdoor activities, is an avid skier, and an impeccable designer. Willis is based in Vancouver and lives with his husband Jesse and their three four legged feline children- Turkey, Sailor, and Nugget.

Willis McCutcheon
