Born and raised in New York and spending time between Southern California, the Caribbean- where she worked for over a decade- and now South Florida, Rachel brings a truly global perspective and an effortless ability to navigate any destination with ease and confidence.

Before transforming her passion for planning into a full-time career, Rachel honed her craft within some of the world’s most prestigious five-star hotels and luxury resorts, curating events defined by precision, elegance, and elevated guest experiences. This foundation- paired with her extensive background in both social and corporate events- allows her to guide clients seamlessly through every stage of the planning journey, turning what can often feel complex into an experience that is fluid, intuitive, and stress-free.

Rachel is known for her exceptional eye for detail and design, often drawing on her artistic sensibility to create events that feel both innovative and deeply personal. She approaches each celebration as a creative canvas, thoughtfully layering design, atmosphere, and emotion to bring each client’s vision to life in a way that feels entirely their own.

A true lover of travel, Rachel is endlessly inspired by the world around her. She seeks out destinations off the beaten path, immersing herself in local culture, design, and tradition—always bringing those influences back into her work in subtle and meaningful ways.

When she’s not designing celebrations around the world, Rachel can be found sharing her office with her two beloved rescue dogs, cooking, reading, enjoying live music, or simply spending time in nature.

Nichole brings more than 15 years of experiencing in luxury events, hospitality, and large-scale productions to the team. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Sports and Event Management, she began her career with the Miami Heat, where she spent five years immersed in the fast-paced world of marketing, events, and live entertainment.

During her time with the organization, Nichole worked alongside celebrities, A-list talent, and industry leaders while playing an integral role behind the scenes of hundreds of high-profile shows, concerts, and special events. This experience gave her an invaluable foundation in flawless execution, complex logistics, and the level of attention to detail required to produce truly exceptional experiences. 

Nichole later transitioned into luxury hospitality, managing events at several distinguished hotels and resorts, including Forbes Five-Star properties. Her background combines sophisticated hospitality with extensive production expertise, allowing her to anticipate every detail while ensuring each celebration feels effortless, polished, and entirely personal.

When she isn’t creating unforgettable events, Nichole can usually be found enjoying the beach, experimenting with something delicious in the kitchen, or spending time with her son Jorge, and their Siberian Husky, Zoie.
